The Immigration Court's business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

The Dallas Immigration Court wishes to remind people that these hearings are formal court proceedings and should be treated seriously. Appropriate attire for court appearances should be worn; i.e., no shorts or tank tops. Children should always be supervised. No food or drinks are allowed in the waiting room or courtrooms.

- Bring Your Notice to Appear (NTA) or hearing notice if you have it.
- Even if you do not have a lawyer, you must appear for your hearing to avoid an order of removal being entered against you in your absence.
- If you and other family members received Notices to Appear (NTA) for the same date, you must ALL attend the hearing.
- EOIR 33's (change of address forms) must be filed at the Dallas Immigration Court, 1100 Commerce Street, Room 1060, Dallas, Texas 75242.
